The development of digital payment systems has transformed transaction patterns in the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) sector, particularly through the use of the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS). Although QRIS adoption continues to grow, MSMEs’ decisions to use QRIS are influenced not only by the availability of payment technology but also by digital payment adoption, Islamic financial literacy, and trust in digital payment systems. This study aims to analyze the influence of digital payment, Islamic financial literacy, and trust on MSMEs’ decisions to use QRIS, both partially and simultaneously. This study employed a quantitative approach with a causal associative research design. Primary data were collected through questionnaires distributed to MSME owners who were familiar with or had experience using QRIS, selected through purposive sampling. The data were analyzed using validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and the coefficient of determination. The findings indicate that digital payment, Islamic financial literacy, and trust are relevant factors associated with MSMEs’ decisions to use QRIS. These findings suggest that the adoption of digital payment systems among MSMEs requires not only technological convenience but also adequate understanding of Islamic finance and confidence in the security and reliability of the payment system. This study highlights the importance of strengthening the digital payment ecosystem through improved Islamic financial literacy and user trust to support the development of the Islamic economy in the digital era.
